Question

If 8 and 6 are the roots of a quadratic equation, then the equation is
(1) x^2 + 14x + 48 = 0
(2) x^2 - 14x + 48 = 0
(3) x^2 + 14x - 48 = 0
(4) x^2 - 14x - 48 = 0
(5) x^2 + 48x + 14 = 0
