I have completed MCA. Now I am working in Software industry. I have 3.10 years experience in Software Development. I am planning to do MBA from IGNOU. I need suggestion from you that which stream is best

1. Operations management
2. Marketing management
3. Human Resource management
4. Finance management.

My aim is to become project manager.

u missed out the one field which is most applicable to you.........Systems management (this is different from OPerations)........it's related to IT systems..........or if you're keen with numbers, you could go to Finance
