No Night shifts 4 Women After 8 p.m...

A bill has been proposed in karnatka assembly dat women shld nt work in night shifts after 8 p.m for security reasons, though IT sector and medical sector has been exempted frm this proposal..!
Is it justified...? plz post ur opinion...!

hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii frns,
well on my opinion
the assembly should amend its proposal
and just tighten its security system
via other measures than harrasing the women mentally
our country is free and even we women have every due right
which the men enjoy.
I think it is very foolish on their part to
imply such a barrier on women,
they are just opting for foolish ways rather
than implicating some senseful startegy
to avoid violence faced by women in our society.

Hi guys its true that the incident happened last year in Karnataka highly insecure the condition of working women in our country. But wo kehte hai nnn Life doesn’t stop.
One more thing I wanna say that this kind of case happen because the lack of women economic and social security. So government should tights the security system. India is a independent country so why women spend their life like prisoners.

Govt. should tight the security and the company also should give all kind of protection to the women. More than all of this we need a cultured well educated society. Because please understand one thing this assault and all happening to them only by the few from the same who have the resp to save them. So we need a cultured and well educated society.
