Hi Soumya_Mty,
I had used a very old edition of "MBA preparatory book" from Galgotia series ..... Do not remember who the author is ..... Can confirm ...... Check out this publisher ..... Has a good prep series for all examinations.

Hi,
1.) Verbal & RC ---------> you have to have good reading speed and word power ,for reading speed u can read any magzine tht interests you and for word power you can pick up words from whatever u have read and refer any good dictionary( oxford concise dictionary )
2.) Quant ----------> you need to cover all the basic areas of quant section ,so pick up all the NCERT maths of class 8 - 10 plus some engineering book for higher probability and permutation and combination concepts .
3.) DI and Reasoning --------> here u can refer to time's study material and start practising DI and logic based exercises.
I think if u can maintain ur regularity in this that is suff. |

you can use
Data Interpretation book by - R.S. Agarwal
Verbal & Non verbal reasoning - R.S. Agarwal
I think these to be the best books for CAT Preparation for starters.
