Hi,
I am an Engineering graduate of batch 2001 andI have 1 year of Teaching exp, and 2.5 years of IT ex, I am working as a Senior Software Engineer in a laeding software firm. Management Education at IIM had always been a dream for me . But I am in a dilemma. Should I continue in my curent employment, chances are that I will be performing managerial roles in less than 2 years from now. And I am afraid if I am getting too old to have a go at CAT 2005. Please sharer your views on my viability as a Student for IIM's PGP programs starting in 2006.

Well, if you think someone with 2.5 years of experience i.e, around 24 years is too old to do an MBA, you will have to rethink that.

Around 60% of IIM B has people with workex and that too around 2 to 2.5 years.

Last batch of IIM C had a gentleman who is 43 years of age when he graduated. He definitely did not think he was old.

An MBA from the IIMs is most likely to help you in your career. So, do not have second thoughts about it.
