| yes salman trial is justified. We all know that he is a celebrity, however it doesn't mean he should not be jailed. To those persons of such classes the severe punishment should be given so that it will be the lesson for others, after all black buck has got the life as we have. |

salman had to visit jodhpur every 3 months for 8 years isnt that a punishment, everybody except salman who were with him in jodhpur is not into this picture.
He was sentenced to five years rigorous imprisonment after being held guilty of killing a chinkara and one-year jail term by the same court in a case of poaching of black bucks.Such harsh punishment is normally given to habitual poachers and illegal traders in elephant tusks and tiger skins. He is not a hardened criminal and it makes no sense to award him the same sentence as the notorious poacher. The media has always projected him as the bad boy and the negative publicity he has got from the case may have affected the outcome. It does not seem fair that he should be sentenced for five years when nobody cared when a dozen deer died in the zoo. Salman could have been fined heavily and given a shorter term. the money can be used for wildlife conservatio. This punishment will ruin his career completely. |

hi all
First thing Salman khans trail is justified but the sentence given is not justified .Do anyone of you thnk that he will spend hjis 5 yrs in jail ? high hopes i would say, he hunted an endangered species but that does not mean that he is sentenced for five years and wat life are you speaking of MR bias_kamal . Thousands of hens are slaughtered everday than lets put everyone behind the bars bcz they too have life right or for that matter all nonvegetarian should be punmished for eating goats, pigs, fish .. everyone has life even they are killed but in a differnt way . The hens are electroculated ... how do we justify this .. Wat i want to put across is that in our country everything gets hyped and he been a celebrity has become a disguise for him. The govt wants to prove every1 is equal be4 law ,i dont say dont give punishment but than he can be left by giving warning or monetary fine or for that matter short term jail. I m speaking of this case only, but he shlould not be spared in in the runway case .Hope the insight was valuable for all |

First of all ...Ajit.....
sorry u din get any reply for ur topic posted earlier...this may be cos u dont get much noticed around here.....
I hate to be rude..but ur insight on Salman trial is anything but crap...
you can't compare the killing of poultry and fishes with the killing of a black buck......
one group can be found in abundance while the other is just barely surviving.....thats why my dear its called an endangered species....
The animals and birds are classified into several groups based on their existing population in the Red Data Book..hens,pigs etc...come under the least endangered species...wheras black buck appears in the group 1..ie it include the most endangered species like tigers, one horned rhino etc...
Naturally the intensity of the penalty given is maximum for the most endangered species (where u can get a penalty for upto 7 years...)
But still I believe that since Salman is not a seasoned poacher and since he was unaware of the fact that his hunt is endangered ...his penalty should have been less harsh...
Thank You |

hi revolutionary
I think the word revolutionary is apt for you....
Anyway FYI i am a member of this forum lonfg be4 you joined and as far as response is considered go through previous posts of mine you will get your answer and as far of popualtion is concerned than even humans are in abundance lets all start killing all and yes the penalty should be less right ?
And yes as far as my notice in this forum is considered i dont write much after my call got converted in IIM B.one more thing endangered species killing is unjustified thats what i had said and thepunishment should not be harsh to him . I dont understand what point you want to prove and i think you know him personally as you have mentioned that he didnt know the fact that " he has to face severre punishment for this " . let me tell you leave his awareness of the punishment he say he didnt even kill the so callled " ENDANGERED SPECIES"
wish you luck .. prepare well.. All the best |

Hey buddy...i din question ur pedigree nor ur experience in this forum...
sorry if i made u think so.........
How can anyone in sane mind compare a human life with that of poultry......we r talkin about serious matter out here....The IPC and all other court bodies across the globe consider human life as the most valuable one...and there is nothin u can do about it...your remark"and as far of popualtion is concerned than even humans are in abundance lets all start killing all and yes the penalty should be less right ? " doesnt make any sense at all....if u havent got anythin better to say just dont take the pain to post a reply.....I guess u better stick on to ur IIM-B syllabus
what i meant to say was that the killing of an endangered species may fetch a person an imprisonment upto 7 years...but in his case he got only 5......but still as i mentioned before, he should have been send of with a
less harsh penalty...cos he is not a professional hunter....
Thank You
P.S to ajit : I take ur opinion bout my name as a compliment |

First of all ...Ajit.....
sorry u din get any reply for ur topic posted earlier...this may be cos u dont get much noticed around here.....
Now i must inform you whether i get noticed or not, first you post a topic twice in the forum and than when some1 points it out u feel bad . So as far as my exp is concerned u must know it
I hate to be rude..but ur insight on Salman trial is anything but crap... now the language you have used revoluitonary let me apprise you should be careful with the words in GD. God save you if this is your nature.
Next thing now read my first post what i have written and in what contxt its written Mr bias had made a statemnt saying To those persons of such classes the severe punishment should be given so that it will be the lesson for others, after all black buck has got the life as we have.
Now what i wrote was that he should not be given any severe punishement and the verdict given against him of even 5 years will not be executed. Now the comparision part .... when some1 compares black buk life with humans i must remind him of all the killings which takes place everday so lets put all behind bars.... It makes complete sense.. thats why its said common sense is uncommon.
one group can be found in abundance while the other is just barely surviving.....thats why my dear its called an endangered species.... this statement of yours expicity says that you mean one can kill groups which are found in abundance thats the reason i brought in the human killing issue. Apart from revolutionary others please correct me if i am wrong..i would be glad to hear
you wrote

Now please tell me where do you get such inside information from .. you shuld be a reporter buddy.. its a well known fact that he does hunting...
Yes i too said that his penalty should be lessend the whole jist was that ..
guess u better stick on to ur IIM-B syllabus . [i]lol buddy who are you to suggest me the syllabus.. first learn how to talk than come to IIMs than talk to me ...
P.S to revolutinary : It was a comment and not a compliment for you some ppl have the habit of taking everything as a compliment .lol |

well pal.....its seems like the discussion is goin more like a one on one
its about time one of us become mature enough to stop this...
u got ur points..i got mine....and the argument will continue...
I see that u put a lot of effort into ur previous post....
But frankly speaking....i dont have the time nor the patience to waste on this anymore....
So until we meet again...good bye
Thank You
