Does anyone know what's the ratio of freshers to experienced people getting into IIMs these days? If there is an unwritten rule that experience is required then, what's the length & nature of experience desired (i have heard mimimum of 22 months work ex. helps in clearing PI)?

as much i know there is no hard and fast rule , coz if u r fresh they will ask u only question related to ur graduation/PG otherwise on ur ex

There are enough freshers in each batch.
Yes, it is widely believed that people with workex can get through with a little lower percentile in CAT -though there is no concrete proof for the same.
If you have a good CAT score - say 99.7 percentile plus, you should expect to get 3 to 5 calls and with that many number of calls, it should be pretty easy to clear the GD and PI.
